KATZ Gluten Free Expands Product Line and Distribution

Katz gluten free has been offering Great tasting baked products since 2006. We are known for “gluten free baked goods that are full of taste” and our extensive product line consists of many different breads, cakes, cookies, muffins, Kishka, farfel and more.
Over the past year we have expanded manufacturing and distribution; our products are now available in health specialty stores and supermarkets across the USA, Canada, and the UK.
As proof of our efforts to raise the taste-bar for gluten-free baked goods, our Gluten Free Challah Rolls won over15 other entries in its category in the Kosherfest ‘08 New Products Competition for Best Baked Goods, Breads, Grains & Cereals, held in NYC.
We recently added some great new products to our existing line. Our new wholesome breads have been getting rave reviews for its great taste and high nutritional values, as well as Gluten Free Hamotzie Oat rolls, and Honey muffins.
Katz gluten-free products are produced in a strict, gluten-free, dairy free and nut free facility in upstate NY. Our products are certified by the GIG Org, and overseen by Mrs. F. Katz, owner and operator who created the line of baked goods to address the needs of customers who must follow gluten-free dietary restrictions, but don’t want to sacrifice good taste. Katz offers sugar free and gluten free products with no preservatives added.
