Paul Neill of The Neill Group, LLC, will be conducting a series of seminars on the following topics:
Job Research Skills for the 40+ Worker (Creating a Market for Your Skills and Abilities), Networking Skills (penetrating the 'hidden job market'), Your 2 Minute Pitch, Understanding Your Strengths, Developing Self Marketing Skills, and Building Interviewing Skills.

Paul Neill, is an experienced leader in the field of career planning and personal professional development Paul has assisted hundreds of Fortune 500 staff members make transitions successfully into new positions and careers. In addition, Paul works with clients to promote their values and their skill sets in the most effective manner when meeting with hiring managers, recruiters and human resources representatives.
Paul has had extensive experience in presenting workshops and training seminars for all levels of employees on a wide variety of career management and human resources administration subjects as well as facilitating group sessions focused on personal career development and planning.
Paul has a BA degree in English (Honors Program) from Yale University and an MBA in management from Rutgers School of Management. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the Employment Management Association, the Piscataway Chamber of Commerce, the Princeton H.R. Networking Group, and a former co-chair of the Parsippany H.R. Networking Group.
