Renowned Chef, Author and Restaurateur Mario Batali to appear at Home & Landscape Show

Belgard Hardscapes, a premium brand of paving stone and retain-ing wall products, will be sponsoring a guest appearance by Celebrity Chef Mario Batali. The focal point of this year’s Belgard exhibit will be the Outdoor Kitchen, including such popular features as Chicago Brick Ovens – the line of high quality, wood-fired brick ovens that Chef Batali was instrumental in developing. In fact, CBO has a specialty line that bears his name – the “Batali” Brick Ovens. According to Batali, “There’s really nothing comparable to cooking in a brick oven.

This is the ultimate gourmet tool for the home. Whether you’re creating pizzas to other dishes – from appetizers to desserts, a wood-fired brick oven gives your food a flavor that can’t be matched.” Chef Mario Batali will be on hand Saturday, January 30 from 3:30 to 5:00 pm for a special book signing.

Copies of the Chef’s popular “Italian Grill” will be avail-able to show goers while quantities last. The Belgard Exhibit (booth #317) is being co-sponsored by Anchor Concrete Products of Manasquan, New Jersey. Anchor manufactures Belgard products at five facilities throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

The 2010 Home & Landscape Show will be held on January 29–31 at the Morris-town Armory in Morristown, New Jersey. Show hours are from 2:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday, and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
