RXR Honors New Jersey's Real Estate Community At Annual Year-End Gala

RXR Realty LLC ("RXR"), the leading real estate operating company in the New York, Tri-State region, hosted its annual year-end gala and broker awards event on December 2, 2009 at its premier One Giralda Farms office property, located in Madison, N.J. Recognized as one of the most highly anticipated annual industry gatherings in the region, RXR hosts this annual event in recognition and celebration of the New Jersey brokerage community for their work in the northern and central New Jersey markets.

In addition, RXR presented its annual "Broker of the Year" award to Jane Moni of Triad Realty in recognition of her outstanding work on the Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. transaction, a 67,531-square-foot long-term lease at University Square, RXR's newly completed 313,000-square-foot premier Class-A office building located in the Princeton submarket.
