Bergman Real Estate Group announced an additional newly executed lease at Woodbridge Towers, located at 555 Route 1 South in Iselin, New Jersey. The privately owned real estate investment firm, which owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey, previously announced three long-term leases and a lease renewal earlier in 2009.
The Arthritis Foundation, the largest private, not-for-profit contributor to arthritis research in the world, has leased 4,300-square-feet in the building. With offices previously located on Middlesex Turnpike in Iselin, New Jersey, Woodbridge Towers' new tenant wanted to upgrade to a nicer building, while maintaining a close distance to the Metropark Train Station. The Arthritis Foundation will be using this space as their New Jersey headquarters location. Charlie Parmelli and Rachel Brindisi of Colliers Houston & Co. represented the tenant.
Woodbridge Towers, a four-story, 85,000-square-foot Class-A building, recently underwent renovations to the lobby and elevators in early 2009. This property also offers an on-site café. Directly accessible to Route 1, the building is located a short distance from the Garden State Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike and I-287, as well as Routes 9 and 440. Woodbridge Towers is also conveniently located only 1.5 miles from Metropark Train Station. The Woodbridge Center Mall is within walking distance offering an abundance of shopping, restaurants, banking and other retail services.
