I Received My H1N1 Flu Shot at Once

After reading about the Paramus Board of Health offering H1N1 flu shots again
http://www.paramuspost.com/article.php/20100128030532328 , I called the phone number and left a message. Sure enough, I received a call back offering me an appointment time. I took it the same day.
Diane Longo had me fill out the proper form and wait my turn. I had been forewarned that there would be a 15 minute observance time after the shot was administered. As soon as the room was cleared of the preceding recipient, Nurse Mary Lou Baldonado called me in. Checking to make sure that the arm offered was not my writing one, she cleansed the surface and with a very quick light jab, administered the vaccine.
Next was a pleasant wait while the 15 minutes elapsed and off I went. Very simple, very vital!
