Dr. Eric Nazziola Elected President of Board of Health

At its annual reorganization meeting held on January 25th , the Paramus Board of Health elected Dr. Eric Nazziola President and Dr. Holly Driscoll, Vice President.
Dr. Nazziola is a practicing physician, currently serving as Director and Chair of the Emergency Department at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. He also serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Mount Sinai Emergency Medicine and Tour College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition, Dr. Nazziola holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Driscoll is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, and is also a Registered Nurse.
Other members of the Board include Colleen Amaro and former Board Presidents Mary Ann Siniscalchi and John Brunner.
In other business, the Board reappointed Health Officer John Hopper as Secretary to the Board of Health, designated meeting dates for the new year, and reappointed staff members.
