NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the completion of a 2,150 square-foot, industrial lease transaction at 134 Route 206, in Andover, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni, sales associate, represented the tenant, Mega Media Concepts, Ltd., as well as the landlord, Designer Homes of NJ, Inc, in this transaction.
“In today’s real estate market, tenants have the upper hand when negotiating lease terms, amenities and closing price,” said Vindigni. “In this instance, the landlord was looking to sell the property, but I was able to coordinate a successful lease agreement on behalf of both parties, providing a quality occupant for Designer Homes of NJ and a suitable headquarters for Mega Media Concepts.”
Mega Media Concepts, a graphic signs and banner company, leased the entire 2,150-square-foot, multi-level building for use as their main office location. Situated on Route 206 next to the Andover Inn & Restaurant, the facility is just 10 miles from the Delaware Water Gap and is within close proximity to Interstate 80. Its amenities include central air conditioning, oil heating and overhead doors.
