Celebrate the Lunar New Year by making and eating dumplings at Paramus Library

Over at the Paramus Library, a celebration of the Chinese Lunar New Year was observed by young attendees. Under the supervision of Sharon Kalman, Sophie Stone and Kailee Stone, the children made vegetable dumplings, both steamed and fried, which they proudly took home to share with their family.
The recipe for this delectable was brought by Sophie Stone who, in turn, learned it from Chef Wai Hon Chu at Whole Foods, Bergen Town Center in Paramus.
