Education Dynamics Expands to 25,000 Square Feet in Hoboken

Education Dynamics has increased its total Hoboken, N.J. presence to about 25,000 square feet by both expanding its space and extending its lease at 5 Marine View Plaza. The New Jersey office of FirstService Williams represented Education Dynamics, a marketing provider that assists higher educational institutions find, enroll and retain students.
Leslie Meril and Doug Rowe, managing directors at FirstService Williams, represented Education Dynamics on the expansion and extension of its existing 12,522-square-foot, second-floor lease at 5 Marine View Plaza to 15,803 square feet. Education Dynamics also occupies about 10,000 square feet at 111 River Street, known as the Wiley Building, bringing the firm’s total Hoboken presence to about 25,000 square feet.
FirstService Williams is becoming Colliers International, the New York - New Jersey - Connecticut hub of the world’s third largest commercial real estate services firm. “There has been a recent increase of people going back to school for additional education and training as they wait for the job market to rebound,” Meril said. “As a supporter of the higher education industry, this trend has helped spur the growth of Education Dynamics and created a need for more space.”
Owned by Ivy Realty Services, LLC, the five-story, 120,000-square-foot 5 Marine View Plaza is located in the heart of Hoboken’s business district, in close proximity to numerous businesses, shops and restaurants. Existing tenants include The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, PVM Oil Associates and Clearpointe. IIvy Realty Services was represented internally by Glenn DiGiacomo.
