NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the completion of a 2,760-square-foot retail sales transaction at 183 Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Joan Cenicola, vice president, represented the seller, Wachovia Bank, N.A. The buyer of the property was Total Home Technologies, LLC.
“This transaction serves as a prime example of deals getting done when brokers can identify the right match between a buyer and seller,” stated Cenicola. “Wachovia was trying to market a retail property with limited parking, and Total Home Technologies runs an appointment-only retail model that doesn’t require much parking.”
Total Home Technologies, which provides smart home solutions like home theater design and installation, audio and video integration, golf and other gaming simulators and security, climate and lighting automation—will relocate its New Jersey headquarters from Caldwell, N.J. to this 2,760-square-foot space. This Essex County property, which also offers 46 feet of highly visible frontage and a rear entrance from the parking lot, sits at the corner of Eagle Rock Avenue and Roseland Place, about 20 miles west of New York City. It is also within close proximity to Interstates 80 and 280 and the Garden State Parkway.
