The Sudler Companies, one of New Jersey’s oldest real estate developers, recently marking its 100th year, is pleased to announce the completion of a 15,000-square-foot long-term lease agreement at 31 Park Road, in Tinton Falls, N.J. The Sudler Companies’ Vice President of Leasing, Jeffrey H. Hale, represented Sudler internally, while Weichert’s Mark Fowler represented the tenant, Frozen Ropes, in this transaction.
“During the past couple of months, there has been an up-tick in leasing activity in the Central New Jersey industrial market as tenants are recognizing affordable deals for buildings in prime locations,” stated Hale. “Landlords have also influenced this increase in activity by offering attractive rental rates, and flexible lease terms. ”
The tenant, who relocated from 46 Park Road, leased 15,000-square-feet of this 26,000-square-foot mixed-use building for use as a training facility for both baseball and softball players. 31 Park Road is located in the heart of Monmouth County, directly off the Garden State Parkway and near Routes 18, 35 and 36 in Sudler’s Corporate Park Mid-Monmouth.
“This recently renovated facility includes new bathrooms and system upgrades,” added Hale. “Sudler continues to upgrade and improve its portfolio even in these challenging times, and we look forward to completing similar transactions in the future.”
