Four-Bedroom Homes Start In the Low $400,000s
American Properties Realty, a New Jersey-based full service real estate company, will host the grand opening of its Alexandria model home at Heritage at Chesterfield, a single-family community in the Burlington County Township of Chesterfield N.J., on March 28.
The professionally furnished and decorated 2,982-square-foot model home has four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms and a two-car garage.
"The Alexandria model gives prospective buyers an idea of what their future home could look like," said Paul Csik, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Iselin, N.J.-based American Properties Realty. "The model will also show off the spacious floor plan, ample storage, high ceilings and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light -- all coveted features that we are proud to offer."
American Properties Realty is also proud to include standard features that competitors offer as upgrades or not at all, said Csik.
Such standard features include a Heatilator direct vent fireplace with an oversized 20-inch hearth; Anderson Silver Line Windows; a 14.5 SEER high efficiency HVAC system; Rub R Wall basement waterproofing; and brushed nickel hardware and lighting packages throughout.
All of Heritage's spacious single-family homes offer four bedrooms, two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and full basements. Finished basements with 9-foot high walls are also available. The homes range in size from 2,600 to 3,600 square feet. Prices start in the low $400,000s.
Heritage at Chesterfield is part of Old York Village, one of New Jersey's first Traditional Neighborhood Developments (TND). TND is a design movement in which traditional town planning principles are used to create a complete neighborhood including a range of housing types, a network of well-connected streets and walking paths, public spaces and amenities such as stores and schools within walking distance of residences.
Once construction is complete, American Properties Realty's Heritage at Chesterfield will consist of 44 town homes, all of which are sold, and 61 single-family homes, 13 of which are sold.
The award-winning, neo-traditional, smart growth village will include a quaint neighborhood feel with parks, tot lots and open space; a new elementary school adjacent to centralized recreation facilities; a mixed-use village center with retail and convenience uses; and a guarantee on the preservation of township open space for years to come.
"Our buyers love the Traditional Neighborhood Development concept," said Csik. "They will have the convenience of being able to walk to school, stores and neighborhood amenities while being surrounded by the rural beauty of open space that has been preserved in perpetuity."
Heritage at Chesterfield is located in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 195 and 295 and the NJ Transit Hamilton Train Station, which runs to New York Penn Station. It is also conveniently located near Philadelphia, Pa., Princeton, N.J., and the Route 1 corridor.
Heritage at Chesterfield is also ideal for those who want the luxury and relaxation of single-family living along with convenient access to entertainment, shopping malls and recreational opportunities.
Homeowners at Heritage at Chesterfield will find a wealth of shopping and recreational opportunities right outside their doors in the form of the McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, N.J.; the Hamilton Market Place in Hamilton, N.J.; Mercer County Park, which spans West Windsor, Hamilton and Lawrence, N.J.; the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, N.J.; the Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrenceville, N.J.; the Jackson Premium Outlets and Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J.; as well as the Jersey shore - all just a short drive or bus ride away.
The sales center is located at 12 Marlton Lane and is open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On March 15, the sales center will be moving into the Alexandria home model at 82 Bordentown-Crosswicks Road.
