MS Center Fashion Show Update

Hi!

I hope this email finds you all happy, healthy, safe & enjoying this beautiful stretch of spring!!!

Just a few reminders:
-Date for the 13th Annual Spring Fashion Fling for MS is Saturday, May 15th at the Glenpointe Marriott from 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
-This year our Fashion Sponsor is Nordstrom’s at Westfield Garden State Plaza and our Honorary Chairperson will once again be Chris Cimino, Meteorologist for WNBC-TV.
-The ticket price is $100.00 p/p and the invites will go out at the end of this month. If you want me to send you extra invites, please email me & I will mail them to you. Also, if you’d like anyone to be included in our mailing, please send me the contact info.
 

We had another great committee meeting last Wednesday. Thank you to all that were able to attend, especially those that are new. It was really an encouraging meeting and we're thrilled to have you on board.

Attached is a general solicitation letter, the SUPER 50/50 CASH RAFFLE flyer, auction donation sheet and ad journal/table sponsorship agreement. Print as many as you can and if you'd like me to send you any in the mail, please let me know. Now is the perfect time to have this info & bring them with you EVERYWHERE you go (or email them to your friends and family). Keep them in your car, briefcase or handbag and pass them out wherever you go. You'll be amazed at how many people are happy to support this event! Restaurants, book stores, theaters, pharmacies, beauty salons, spas, electronic stores, gyms, clothing stores, jewelers, kid stuff, museums, ANYWHERE in NYC, party stores, shoe stores, tickets to anything (MSG, NJPAC, PNC Arts Center, etc.) If you have season tickets that you'd like to donate, that's great too!!! The possibilities are endless! ANY WHERE YOU ARE A CUSTOMER.

Now more than ever we need all of you to help out. Also, as you may know we were very successful with last year's addition of the Super 50/50 Cash Raffle. Please support us as you have a chance at winning up to $12,500! See attached flyer for details. Purchase tickets together with family, friends and co-workers - You gotta be in it to win it!

Ad journal and table sponsorships have been coming in slowly…The ad journal is a great vehicle to promote a business or service either within the community or beyond or even to extend wishes to friends and family. Remember, we offer a huge audience of up to 700 guests so businesses are often happy to purchase ads knowing that they can hit 700 people at once. The prices are as follows:

Tribute Page $500 (front or back inside cover)
Full Page $350
Half Page $250
1/4 Page $100
Booster $50

Please try and sell as many ad's as possible. You'd be surprised at who will buy a page, your attorney, insurance agent, dentist, etc.

Also, please try to support the Table Sponsorship. Selling table sponsorships are the biggest way for us to raise the most significant amount of funds from this event. Sponsorship costs $1,500-$10,000 and includes: (1) table of 10, FULL page ad in the Program Journal and signage at each table (Please see attached flyer for details).
