Englewood Hospital and Medical Center proudly debuted its new Women’s Cardiac Health Center on May 27th with an evening celebration that encouraged women to take a proactive approach against cardiac disease, the number one killer of women. Guests enjoyed a heart healthy menu of passed hors d’oeuvres and wine tasting, obtained nutritional and heart health information and advice from Englewood Hospital cardiologists, and signed up for a free Berkeley Advanced Heart Risk Assessment.
The Women’s Cardiac Heath Center provides access to a myriad of services including cardiology, nutrition, diabetes, stress management, and a monthly lecture series that promotes heart health.
