Bergen County 4H & Master Gardener's Fair August 14th & 15th

Save the Date for the Bergen County 4-H and Master Gardener’s Fair!
Bergen County 4-H and Master Gardener’s will hold their Annual County Fair at Van Saun Park in Paramus, NJ on August 14th (10 am – 6 pm) and August 15th (10 am -4pm). Admission and parking are free.
The Fair will include live performances, displays, contests, games, handmade crafts, educational and hands-on activities for children and much more. Homeowner related topics will include lawn care, soil conservation, recycling, composting and fire safety. Plus prize-winning 4-H member exhibits of flowers, vegetables, art, photos, stories, poems, sewing, cooking, crafts, and woodworking. The primary purpose of the Bergen County 4-H Fair is to showcase youth creativity and reward children in the county for this year’s projects and other creative activities.

ABOUT 4-H: The Rutgers Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development program uses a learn-by-doing approach to enable youth to develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills they need to become competent, caring, and contributing citizens of the world. This mission is accomplished by using the knowledge and resources of the land-grant university system, along with the involvement of caring adults.
