NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the completion of a 9,963-square-foot, industrial lease agreement with Sunset Foods, LLC, at 10 Bushes Lane in Elmwood Park, N.J. NAI Hanson Senior Vice President Joshua Levering, SIOR, and Sales Associate Gregory Reid represented the landlord, R. N. Foster Associates, LLC.
Levering said, " 10 Bushes Lane is a freestanding building that is fully air conditioned having 16-foot ceilings, two tailgate entrances and a drive-in door, as well as ample parking. . Sunset Foods is an importer and distributor of fine food and chocolate products. It is a perfect building for Sunset Foods. The facility offers. Greg Reid commented, "the building is located directly off Route 80 and the Garden State Parkway. Ownership recently completed capital improvements including interior, exterior and parking areas.
