Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Announces Lease Renewal with Nymox Corporation at Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, one of Northern New Jersey's oldest and most respected real estate owners and developers, has announced the successful completion of an approximately 4,800-square-foot lease renewal with Nymox Corporation at Heights Plaza, its 200,000-square-foot office building in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J.
Nymox Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development of therapeutics and diagnostics for the aging population, signed a lease renewal for its 4,800-square-foot executive office at Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. Lee Barnes of The Garibaldi Group represented the tenant and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises represented itself in the transaction.
"Height's Plaza's numerous strategic advantages, including its accessibility to multiple major throughways and daily conveniences, and the availability of covered parking, coupled with our hands-on approach to property management, has enabled us to maintain high occupancy at Heights Plaza," said Jerry Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. "We are extremely pleased that Nymox has decided to renew its lease at the building."
Heights Plaza is located at the intersection of I-80 and Routes 17 and 46, with immediate access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Located just 10 minutes from the George Washington Bridge and 15 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel, Heights Plaza also affords tenants easy access to New York City.
