Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, one of Northern New Jersey's oldest and most respected real estate owners and developers, has announced that Enor Corporation has signed a 52,100-square-foot lease to occupy the entirety of 10 Maple Street in Norwood, N.J. "In these challenging economic times, we are extremely pleased to have been able to accommodate the needs of Enor Corporation in its search for centrally located warehouse space that affords expedient access for both its employees and distribution services," said Frank Pratt, vice president of leasing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
Ten Maple Street is a single-story warehouse strategically located with convenient access to the Palisades Parkway, Route 9W and the New York State Throughway.
