Colliers International Completes Taylor Management Relocation to Whippany, N.J.

Colliers International has completed a long-term, 11,492-square-foot relocation on behalf of Taylor Management Company at 80 South Jefferson Road in Whippany, N.J. The Colliers International New Jersey leasing team of Doug Rowe and Leslie Meril represented Taylor Management, a leader in property management for community settings, which is relocating from 100 East Hanover Avenue in Cedar Knolls, N.J.
“Taylor Management received a turn-key build out with office furniture included,” Rowe said, who noted that the new space is a slight expansion from the firm’s existing space, and more efficient for its business operations.
Located in close proximity to shopping, banking, restaurants and close to Routes 10, 287 and 80, the three-story, 83,814-square-foot office property at 80 South Jefferson Road includes a building receptionist and on site cafeteria. Other major tenants in the building include NECA, which occupies two full floors.
Jamie Drummond and Jim Fraser of Colliers International New Jersey represented the landlord, Whippany Office Park LLC.
