Saturday, March 17, Karina's Cuchina at Bloomingdale' showcased Christine Okezie, a Natural Foods Chef. Cooking for both health and pleasure, she is a Specialty Chef who is a certified holistic health counselor and a graduate of New York City’s Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. This fine food chef showed how to make gourmet meals using healthy ingredients. Some of the items were:
Gazpacho, Spectacular Vegetarian Paella, Smoky Black bean and corn salad, along with refreshing coconut lime custard. She is making the recipes available by emailing [email protected] . Needless to say, the audience was eager to sample these culinary delights and Okesie was happy to oblige.
