LNR Appoints Colliers International As Exclusive Agent For 1515 Route 10

Colliers International New Jersey continues to expand its portfolio of prominent assignments throughout the state.

Colliers recently arranged an 825,000-square-foot lease renewal in Newark on behalf of PSEG — the largest New Jersey transaction of 2012 and one of the largest in state history. Now the firm has been selected by LNR Property LLC as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for 1515 Route 10, a two-building, 290,000-square-foot Class A office complex in the heart of Morris County.
