Colliers International New Jersey continues to expand its portfolio of prominent assignments throughout the state.
Colliers recently arranged an 825,000-square-foot lease renewal in Newark on behalf of PSEG — the largest New Jersey transaction of 2012 and one of the largest in state history. Now the firm has been selected by LNR Property LLC as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for 1515 Route 10, a two-building, 290,000-square-foot Class A office complex in the heart of Morris County.
“The Colliers International brand is recognized in New Jersey and around the globe for its sophistication, analytics, and collaborative approach,” said Robert Martie, Executive Vice President of the Colliers International New Jersey region. “LNR is a tremendous real estate company. They continue to seek the assistance and counsel of Colliers International because we understand their business needs as a special servicer.”
“The property at 1515 Route 10 is a well-located, best-in-class asset in the heart of a prime office market that is already attracting a diversity of corporate space users,” said Richard J. Madison, an Executive Managing Director with Colliers International New Jersey, who leads the leasing and property management efforts on behalf of LNR. “We are working with a strong, stable property owner who is committed to providing the ideal suburban office setting, with full market concessions, for credit tenants.”
Leslie Meril, Managing Director, and Lisa Kochan, Director in the firm’s Management Services group, assist Richard J. Madison in representing LNR.
The newly renovated asset is ideally suited for corporate tenants with space needs of 15,000 square feet or greater. The property also provides the opportunity for a single corporate user to lease 275,000 square feet of contiguous space, plus potential signage. The complex includes an additional 75,000 square feet of underground storage for tenant’s use.
Conveniently located on Route 10, minutes away from Routes 80 and 287, the office complex includes other amenities such as three-story smoked glass atriums and indoor balconies, newly renovated elevators, a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, and beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained grounds. The complex is nearby to banking, retail, and hotels, and just a five-minute drive to Morristown Municipal Airport.
