Normandy Real Estate Partners Selects Cassidy Turley to Lease RiverView Office Center in Hackensack, NJ

Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that the firm has been selected by Normandy Real Estate Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for the newly rebranded RiverView Office Center in Hackensack, NJ.
Previously known as 3 University Plaza, RiverView Office Center is a 224,555-square-foot, all-brick-construction Class A office building, for which Normandy is currently executing an extensive capital improvement program in order to enhance and modernize the property and solidify it as one of the area’s premier office locations.
Cassidy Turley is now marketing a number of significant Class A office assets on behalf of Normandy Real Estate Partners in the Northern New Jersey market, including Chatham Executive Center in Chatham, NJ; Park Place, a four-building complex at 200, 210, 220 and 230 Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ; 25 Independence Blvd. in Warren, NJ; and Center 78, also in Warren.
