New Children’s Book Shares The Life Of One Family’s Beloved Pet

Pet owners: what if your beloved companion could live forever?
To cherish her furry friend indefinitely, Pauline Jacqueline Adams has captured memories of her Havenese toy breed in her new watercolor picture book, Valentine’s Journey, a story for the whole family to share and enjoy.
“I decided to write this book because Valentine means so much to me and I don’t want to forget anything about her,” Adams says. “Now I can look back anytime I want and remember the first year of her life.”

Adams’ book is not only a tribute to her beloved dog, Valentine, but also a reminder to pet owners of all ages that appreciating and putting love and care into their pets will bring richness to their lives.
From puppyhood to adulthood, Valentine’s Journey shares stories of Valentine’s first time home, her obedience training, vet visits, holidays and everything in between.
Through the book, Adams has one ultimate goal: to share Valentine’s joyful life with her readers so that they appreciate the important, life-changing lessons that can be learned from owning a pet.
“Pets have feelings too, and can be even more caring and trustworthy than some people,” Adams says. “Be kind to your pet and you will be rewarded.”
