Paramus Police Detect Marihuana Activity

On 12/20/12 at 1:25 am Paramus Police Officer Daniel DeRienzo observed a black Honda enter the lot of McDonalds on Route 17 North and park in a remote section of the lot and away from the building. The two occupants exited the vehicle and got into another vehicle that had pulled into the lot. That vehicle then left the area
Officer DeRienzo approached the black Honda and observed through the window a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Officer DeRienzo returned to his vehicle and viewed the Honda from a distance away. When the occupants returned, Officer DeRienzo approached them. He identified them as the same two individuals that had left the vehicle previously. They were identified as 18 year old Michael Lamparillo of Washington Township, and 18 year old Ryan Rebasch of Hillsdale. Both were placed under arrest and transported to Paramus Police Hq’s. They were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released pending court appearance.
