Menendez Applauds Obama Re-Nomination of Judge Shwartz to Federal Bench - Urges Swift Senate Approval

U.S. Senator Robert Menendez today applauded the re-nomination by President Obama of Judge Patty Shwartz for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and called for swift consideration and approval of her nomination by the Senate.
