CBRE’s Patricia Riedel Named 2013 President of CREW NJ

Based in the East Brunswick office since September 2000, Riedel has market expertise in the Rt. 287/78 and 78 West corridors south to Western Monmouth County. Prior to launching a career in real estate, Riedel worked for the New York Telephone Company as a commercial representative and as a paralegal for the law firm of Bruce Kennedy, P.C., specializing in real estate.
Ms. Riedel’s significant assignments include being part of a leasing team for a 382,000-sq.-ft. flex park at Riverview Technology Center in Somerset, 349,564-sq.-ft office and flex space at Mt. Bethel Corporate Center in Warren, and a 288,500-sq.-ft. class “A” office building at Perryville III in Hampton. Her client roster includes Anheuser Busch Companies, Cintas, Integrated Device Technology, Kid’s Smile, Merrill Lynch, Stellar Academy and Steno Tech Institute. She is also a recipient of the 2006 CBRE Silver Award.

Riedel served as a CREW NJ Co-Director of Sponsorship in 2008, remaining in that position until 2012, when she became the President Elect and CREW Network Delegate.
