(ESGR) Bergen Committee Welcomes State Chair Alan Smith, Col. USMC (ret) to the Teaneck National Guard Armory

Bergen ESGR Chair Leo P. McGuire, Sheriff (ret) welcomed Col. Alan Smith, state chair of NJ ESGR. ESGR, a Department of Defense agency, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.

Paramount to ESGR's mission is encouraging employment of Guardsmen and Reservists who bring integrity, global perspective and proven leadership to the civilian workforce. http://www.njesgr.org/
