Blue Laws Work In Paramus, A Tour Of The Bergen Town Center

Following last week's Sunday tour of the Westfield Garden State Plaza Shopping Center, www.ParamusPost.com decided to follow through with a tour of The Outlets at Bergen Town Center. The normally jammed parking lots were more of a ghost town with the only activities centered around the many food establishments. It was a little difficult to park near to Whole Foods and The Bahama Breeze and the Olive Garden, but overall, there was a lot of parking space available.
When one considers the tremendous stop and go traffic in Paramus on a Saturday, it gives the residents a sigh of relief and breathing room. Saturdays usually clog highways 4 and 17 with merging traffic and shoppers. One didn't have to wait for a long period of time to enter Route 4 from the Bergen Town Center wasting expensive gas and losing patience. While there was some traffic. both within and outside the shopping center, it was negligible when compared to a busy shopping day like Saturday.
Had our Blue Laws not been in effect, it would have exasperated the Paramus local resident. At least we have one day of comparable solitude!
