Entrepreneurs must devote their focus and energy to the operation, growth and overall management of their firm. Frank Costa, CIC, CRM is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager with 26 years of experience in advising people and businesses. Frank founded an independent insurance agency from the basement of his home in 1989 and understands first-hand the challenges of business ownership.
