Marijuana Discovered In Paramus By Paramus Police Officer

On 1/28/2013 at 9:45p.m., Paramus plain clothes officer Dmitriy Mazur observed a vehicle in the parking lot of the Red Lobster, located at 211 Route 17 south, which was parked in a manner that was obstructing the passage of other vehicles. When Officer Mazur approached the driver of the vehicle, he detected a strong odor of marijuana.
Upon further investigation the driver, 26 year old Eduardo Vallejos of Wallington, was found to be in possession of marijuana (under 50 grams), and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and charged with possession of the marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within a motor vehicle. He was later released pending court appearance.
