OnCore Golf Signs Celebrity Artist Brian Kirhagis to Exclusive Deal. Your Swing, Our Ball...It‟s a Work of Art!

OnCore Golf is excited to announce the collaboration and signing of New York City‟s celebrity artist Brian Kirhagis. For over a year, Kirhagis has been integrating his talent with the OnCore team to make an impact in the golf industry.
OnCore Golf is producing and promoting the world‟s first hollow-metal core golf ball; entering a competitive golf ball industry as something of a David against Goliaths.

To differentiate themselves, a part of OnCore‟s marketing strategy is to infuse art and golf. “Your swing, our ball…It‟s a work of art”, states President Bret Blakely, “We‟re trying to highlight the unique, cutting-edge technology that OnCore integrates into a golf ball by applying a completely novel, fresh marketing approach in attracting and exciting golfers about our product. We‟re definitely doing something new and different using Brian and his artwork to showcase our company, just like our product.”

OnCore Golf has sponsored major PGA tournaments in 2012; BMW Charity Pro-Am (Greenville, SC) and the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open (Las Vegas, NV). Gearing up for the tournaments, the OnCore team and Kirhagis wanted to create a memorable experience for the fans. The conjoined parties thought of bringing their marketing concept to life while exhibiting fan interactive paintings and live paintings by Kirhagis.
Fans had the chance to leave their „swing‟ on canvas. OnCore has encouraged fans to directly participate in one-of-a-kind ideas; (1) putting painted OnCore golf balls across canvas leaving lines of symmetry and (2) to collectively leave their personal strokes on canvas where Kirhagis would turn it into one of his works of art. The company was able to incorporate the fan based paintings into their new packing design for 2013.

Kirhagis and OnCore Golf became the pioneers of successfully attempting to paint portraits using only a golf ball as his paint brush. No bristles, just dimples. Below one can see beginning to end masterpieces that were inspired by golf legends and fans alike and finished by Brian Kirhagis himself.
About OnCore Golf (www.oncoregolf.com) is dedicated to increasing the enjoyment of the game of golf by creating and selling new technology-based products that conform to the rules of golf. OnCore's first product is the world's only hollow-metal core golf ball, designed to be straighter off the tee and on the green by employing a novel core design that increases perimeter weighting. OnCore's advisors and supporters include sport's icons such as Major League Baseball's Roberto Clemente Jr., NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, former USGA Technical Director Frank Thomas, along with Club Glove founder and golf industry leader, Jeff Herold and PGA Master Instructor Michael Hebron.

About Brian Kirhagis born 1983 in Baltimore, MD) is a self taught artist known for complex compositions depicting current events and social issues. His ability to weave together double images and hidden elements gives his art a unique and distinct feel that has become BK's signature style. Also a gifted writer, selected works have descriptions which provide an additional perspective on the inspiration for and meaning behind the art.

Kirhagis continues to challenge himself and push the envelope by thinking outside of the box. He gained recognition for his one of a kind live interactive paintings, in which he allows anyone to paint with him and incorporates their strokes into a work of art. As the official artist and creative director for OnCore Golf, he uses a golf ball instead of a paintbrush to make art at events and tournaments. The live paintings are donated to various organizations, including Queens Hospital Cancer Center, Cuts For A Cause, The Darryl Strawberry Foundation for Children‟s Autism, Shriners Children's Hospital, Bunkers in Baghdad, and more where they are auctioned off for charity.
