If you would like to help your community and even make a difference in the world? Want to make new friends and business connections? Then join the Rotary Club of Westwood for its next meeting at Burke’s, 65 Old Hook Road, Westwood, NJ. We meet every Thursday at 12:15 PM.

Rotary is a worldwide network of inspired individuals who translate their passions into relevant social causes to change lives in communities. Rotarians around the world have aided our area in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, brought clean water to children in Africa, built schools for girls in Afghanistan, given dictionaries to thousands of third-graders in the United States, and accomplished together countless projects that have made a real difference in the lives of people. Rotary, in conjunction with UNICEF and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, has been responsible for practically wiping out the scourge of polio around the globe by sending thousands of volunteers to immunize children in places like India, Pakistan and Nigeria.

There are 1.2 million adult Rotarians around the world in 212 countries, assisted by more than 800,000 teenagers in Interact Clubs in high schools and universities. Businessmen and women, retired individuals, and community leaders are warmly welcomed as members.
The new Westwood Club will meet (weekly) to plan what projects would most benefit this community.
