On Wednesday 2/20/2013 at approximately 3:30am, Paramus Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Millar Court in regards to a suspicious group. An area resident had called police after he had observed three males dressed in dark clothing, going in and out of residential driveways and attempting to enter vehicles.
Upon arrival, Officer Joseph Cullen located the three individuals on Forsythia Lane. They were found to be in possession of what was believed to be property from several parked vehicles, which included currency and jewelry. This was confirmed through investigation by the officers and all three suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Paramus Police Headquarters.
The suspects were identified as 21 year old Oluwatobi Bamisile, 22 year old Livingston Diah, and 22 year old Dakota Johnson, all from Hackensack. All three were charged with burglary. In addition, Livingston Diah was also charged with theft. Both Johnson and Bamisile were later released pending court appearance, while Diah was remanded to the Bergen County jail in lieu of $7,500.00 bail.
