Via Coma Heads To SXSW 2013!

The American rock band, Via Coma, will be heading to Austin for South by Southwest 2013! The band released their debut album, Figures, in June of 2012 produced by Aaron Lunsford and Cody Bonnette of the band, As Cities Burn/Hawkboy, mixed by Ryan John and mastered by Mike Kalajian (Moving Mountains, Ace Enders and A Million Different People, The Audition) at Telegraph Recording. Drawing resemblance from the likes of Thrice, Muse and The Mars Volta, this was without a doubt a highly anticipated album for the Summer of 2012.
As one of the hardest working independent artists in the San Francisco Bay Area, Via Coma began the New Year with a series of 18 shows in 14 days all over the state of California. Immediately following, Via Coma began recording their follow up to their debut album Figures, with Aaron Lunsford of As Cities Burn on drums, once again. In the brief amount of time since the release of Figures, their latest to-be-released material is on a level so far beyond what they have done less than a year ago -- it will definitely be an album to look out for!
