Seventh Annual Men’s Health Seminar At St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center

“Men’s Night Out”, a free men’s health event at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center – Thursday, March 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – is an opportunity to learn the very latest information about a variety of health issues from a panel of St. Joseph’s physician-experts. Presentation topics will include sleep apnea, back safety/healthy back, polypharmacy, and safety in medicine. Free confidential health screenings will be provided from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., including blood pressure, blood sugar, lipid panel, oral cancer, and body mass index - BMI. Results will be available before the end of the program. Health educational materials will also be distributed.
