Senior Moments For The Joseph Cipolla Senior Center March 2013

Our Director Eileen McDowell quietly celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, March 5th. Let's belatedly wish Eileen a Happy Birthday! Eileen has planned several functions for March which should pique your interest! Among them is the newly renovated Senior Center; a new look. The work was done primarily by Rich Abbamont and his crew. Does a trip to Las Vegas interest you? Ms McDowell has planned one in addition to the bus trip to Atlantic City on March 15th.

The Atlantic City bus trip is planned for Friday, March 15th and will be headed to the Taj Mahal. Cost is a nominal $23.00 with the usual amenities. On the 20th of March, Center participants will visit the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse to see Butterflies Are Free. Always a memorable trip through scenic New Jersey, this trip will be $50.50 plus a dollar. Lunch is included! Another innovation is Flavio Psychic Bingo. Scheduled for Tuesday, March 26th from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and will cost players one dollar!

Looking into the following months, planned are: a trip to Las Vegas from April 28 to May 2nd. The cost for this long distance trip will be $579.00 for doubles and $724.00 singles. Then on May 20, a trip to Doolans in Spring Lake. That will feature Mike Byrne and his band for $43.50 plus one dollar. On June 6th, Jersey Dreamers at the Brownstone featuring New York, New York .. $42.00 plus one dollar.
