Building Enhancements Underway, Bergman Real Estate Group Announces Lease Transactions at Florham Park Corporate Center

Bergman Real Estate Group today announced two long-term lease signings and a number of building enhancements at Florham Park Corporate Center, the privately owned real estate investment firm’s 226,000-square-foot, Class A office property in Florham Park, N.J.
The Clarus Group, LLC has signed a lease for 5,375 square feet at 25 B Vreeland Road, which is located just off Columbia Turnpike near Eisenhower Parkway and JFK Parkway. Jones Lang LaSalle Associate Director-Vice President Fred P. Hyatt represented the tenant, while Colliers International New Jersey Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque and Managing Director James Bailey represented the landlord.
Additionally, Carlin & Ward, P.C., a law firm specializing in civil litigation with an emphasis on client advocacy, negotiation and public service, recently signed a lease renewal for 5,894 square feet of space at the property. Bergman Real Estate Group Executive Director of Leasing & Marketing John G. Osborne represented the landlord, while CBRE Senior Vice President Jeremy E. Neuer, Vice President Peter Shikar and Senior Associate Robert E. Norton represented the tenant.

Bergman recently renovated the common areas of the property, which consists of twin, 113,000-square-foot, three-story atrium office buildings. The owner also recently upgraded the property’s full-service café has plans in place for a courtyard renovation in the spring that will involve the installation of new pavers, planters, and seating areas in the area between the buildings.
