Woodmont Properties announced today that is has started vertical construction of a new luxury apartment community, Woodmont Knolls at Hanover, which will offer residents the unique combination of premium amenities and convenient location. Pre-leasing is expected to start in the fall of 2013.
The company broke ground on the 15-acre site off Cedar Knolls Road last month in prestigious Hanover Township, laying the foundations for what will be a stand-out community comprising 126 one- and two-bedroom flats and carriage homes.
Woodmont Knolls is only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Morristown and the Morristown Train Station, which provides direct access to Manhattan. It is also situated near routes 287, 80, 24 and 10, providing an easy commute in and around Morris County, which is home to many corporate headquarters.
While close to these major roads, the residences will be surrounded by a private, natural wooded environment that abuts the Whippany River and the historic Patriots Path, a 35-mile multi-use nature trail operated by Morris County, providing ample outdoor space.
“We built Woodmont Knolls at Hanover to meet the growing demand for luxurious suburban rental homes in this highly desirable neighborhood that provides easy access to mass transportation and New Jersey’s convenient roads and highways,” said Lewis Zlotnick, President of Woodmont Properties. “With every community, we aim to provide residents a carefree comfortable lifestyle with upscale amenities, professional service and a convenient location and Woodmont Knolls in no exception.”
The grounds will have beautiful views of the Whippany River and direct access to Patriots Path, Morris County’s most well known recreational trail. Other community amenities include an attractive clubhouse equipped with a swimming pool, a fitness center, sports bar, and a game room with video games and pool tables as well as business center.
Some carriage homes will be two stories featuring two master suites. Woodmont also included uniquely spacious floor plans, dramatic 9-foot high ceilings, large walk-in closets and private balconies. The kitchens are being designed with modern finishes including granite countertops, designer cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms also evoke sophisticated and upscale living with oversized walk-in showers and elegant dual-sink vanities. Most carriage homes will feature private garages with direct entry to the residence.
