Charles Forman Recognized Among Best Lawyers in America

Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman LLC, a Paramus, NJ based law firm, has announced that Charles Forman, a founding member of the firm has been recognized in the 2014 Best Lawyers Winter Business Edition as Best Lawyers in America. Daniel Eliades, another founding member of the firm has also been recognized.

Mr. Forman is a senior member of Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman LLC, and a widely respected leader of bankruptcy law in the region with more than 30 years of experience as an attorney for debtors and creditors. In addition to his service as a trustee appointed by the United States Justice Department, Mr. Forman is also an attorney for numerous other trustees and has been named the "Master Of Disaster" by The Record.

The voting process for "Best Lawyers in America" require candidates to first receive a nomination. The nomination can come from anyone, an attorney, contractor etc. After the attorneys name is put into the system, 2 to 3 attorneys who practice in the same field as the nominated attorney, cast their vote. Once the nominated attorney receives an average of positive votes, his/her profile is examined then decided if he/she will make the list.
