Tailor to the Stars, Mohan’s Custom Tailors, Presents Charity with Donation of Custom Suits, Jackets and Overcoats

Sports Legend Walt “Clyde” Frazier and former NY Jet Anthony Becht join Celebrity Tailor, Mohan Ramchandani in presenting $50,000 Donation

Sports stars, new suits and smiles were in tall order on as Mohan’s Custom Tailors, celebrity tailor to entertainers, politicians, business leaders and sports celebrities (www.MohanTailors.com), kicked-off its winter coat drive with a donation of custom suits, jackets and overcoats to The Doe Fund totaling $50,000.

Celebrity tailor, Mohan Ramchandani founder of Mohan’s Custom Tailors was joined by NBA legend, MSG announcer and style icon Walt “Clyde” Frazier and former New York Jet and current ESPN broadcaster Anthony Becht, as men of The Doe Fund’s Ready, Willing and Ready Program traded in their blue jumpsuits for a new custom-made Mohan’s suit.

“There is no better time of the year to reflect on those in need. Our company wanted to help those less fortunate, as we have done for many years, to make a difference in their lives,” said founder Mohan’s Custom Tailors, Mohan Ramchandani. ”When you give a person a new set of clothing, it can change their perception, outlook and performance in life.”

The Doe Fund helps thousands of people per year to better their circumstances through programs providing paid work, workforce development and job training. The men of Ready, Willing & Able, can be seen cleaning more than 150 miles of New York City streets every day.

“These gentlemen have worked very hard to build their education and skills for upwardly-mobile careers. Mohan’s generosity will help them to look and feel their best as they start searching for permanent employment, fully reintegrating into society as tax-paying citizens and fathers to their children,” said Founder and President of The Doe Fund, George McDonald.

Continuing their season of giving, Mohan’s Custom Tailors’ will offer a $100 credit towards a new custom tailored overcoat, in exchange for an old coat in good condition as part of their winter coat drive. The collected items will be cleaned and donated to charity, Mohan’s looks to donate hundreds of coats to those in need throughout the tri-state area.

This event marks Mohan’s Custom Tailors continual effort to help those in need which includes partnerships with organizations such as the Salvation Army, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The HOPE Program and The Global Potential Program.
