Business & Tourism Impact, Public Safety Planning, Human Trafficking Concerns, Weather Contingencies to be Discussed at Secaucus Meeting
The Assembly Tourism and Gaming Committee will meet Thursday in Secaucus to take testimony concerning preparations for Super Bowl XLVIII.
The committee chaired by Assemblyman Ralph Caputo (D-Essex) will meet at 11 a.m. at the Secaucus Municipal Government Center in the 2nd Floor’s Chamber 2 at 1203 Paterson Plank Road.
Speakers will discuss the economic impacts of the Super Bowl on the region’s tourism and business sectors, public safety planning, efforts to prevent human trafficking, weather and other contingencies and other topics related to the event.
