The Allendale Community for Mature Living has launched a comprehensive rebranding initiative that incorporates a name change and an updated visual identity. The new name, “The Allendale Community for Senior Living,” more accurately reflects the community’s position as a premier continuum-of-care senior residence and healthcare campus.
The rebranding also includes a new company logo and a redesigned website. A new tagline captures The Allendale Community for Senior Living’s promise and mission: “Care you can trust.”
The Allendale Community, located on 12 scenic acres in a quiet suburban neighborhood, has been family owned and operated since 1967. Last year, Dr. Timothy Giancarlo became President of The Allendale Community. His fresh, progressive vision and commitment to residents and their families is the driving force behind many of the campus’ new initiatives. “Since our inception, we have grown and expanded the scope of our services and level of care,” he said. “The new branding is designed to bridge the gap between who we were 46 years ago and who we are today, and highlights our continued commitment to creating a well-rounded community focused on quality senior living with superior medical care and support.”
New Logo Features Flourishing Tree Reflecting the Fullness of Life
Among the most visual elements of the rebranding is a new company logo. “The updated brand logo depicts a flourishing tree, which conveys our long-standing commitment to the growth and ‘fullness of life’ we promote and support at The Allendale Community,” Giancarlo said.
A redesigned and upgraded website, www.allendalecommunity.com, will feature a user-friendly design and enhanced resources for caregivers, seniors and healthcare professionals. The site provides detailed information on The Allendale Community’s levels of care and campus amenities, along with the latest news and events.
Residents are already enjoying a number of completed campus improvements including new outdoor landscaping, and cosmetic enhancements to The Atrium’s arcade, gym and 24-hour movie theater. Other campus amenities include a library, a game room, a 1950s-style diner, miniature golf, a pub and lounge, a modern activities center with greenhouse, and an Internet café. In the warmer months, residents make use of several well-manicured courtyards.
Last year, a number of key additions were made to The Allendale Community’s management team, furthering its reputation as one of Northern New Jersey’s premiere health care facilities. Kathy Manger was named administrator, while Dr. Evan Kushner has assumed the role of medical director. Kinga Weglinski, RN, and Kathleen Kelly Malaver, CALA, were promoted to director of nursing and certified assisted living administrator, respectively.
“This is a very exciting period of growth for our Community,” said Giancarlo. “Although we have made many changes, The Allendale Community remains a family owned and operated business, committed to delivering the highest level of personalized care to residents and their families.”
