To reinforce the importance of routine exercise and proper nutrition, during the month of February — which was American Heart Month — Koko challenged their members to commit to a consistent workout program and to follow the Koko Fuel healthy nutrition plan. Koko FitClub made a $10 donation for every member that followed the “Koko prescription.”
Koko FitClub is a “digital gym” that integrates personalized training, technology and data to help its members live healthier and fitter lives. Founded in Boston in 2008 as the world’s first digital gym, the company currently has more than 130 locations nationwide. The first two locations in Northern New Jersey are located in Franklin Lakes in the Franklin Crossing Shopping Center and the second location only a few miles away in Wyckoff is in the Boulder Run Shopping Center. Both of these locations are locally owned and additional clubs are in development.
