Tedesco Announces Economic Development Plan for Bergen County
Retail and Downtown Revitalization, Workforce Development, Renovating Commercial Space Are Among the Many Initiatives for Economic Growth
Paramus, NJ – Jim Tedesco today announced his comprehensive plan for economic growth in Bergen County at 35 Plaza on Route 4 West, a business complex he helped get constructed. Tedesco, the Democratic candidate for Bergen County Executive, was joined by representatives from the business plaza.
“Bergen County is losing jobs to Rockland County and other nearby counties and something needs to be done,” said Tedesco, who also serves as a current Freeholder. “The plan I am presenting today will foster economic growth and job creation by working with municipalities to implement strategic initiatives that benefit our communities economically. We will invest in retail, downtown revitalization and workforce development; renovate commercial space; and provide tax incentives to help create the economic growth Bergen County is capable of.”
