“Education is incredibly important, and so is going back to school equipped with the proper supplies,” said RealSource Association of Realtors Community Service Committee Co-Chair Tammy Roberts of Upper Saddle River. “These students deserve our full support and we are thankful to be able to help.”
Helping local students get back to school with the supplies they need is just one of many projects the RealSource Association of REALTORS® Community Service Committee organizes. They work year round with numerous local charitable organizations striving to improve the quality of life the lives of those in the community. Each year RealSource Realtors holds food drives for Center for Food Action in Mahwah, an organization committed to preventing hunger and homelessness, and toiletry drives for Shelter Our Sisters, northern New Jersey’s full-service agency for victims of domestic violence. They also participate in the rebuilding of a home for a family in need each Spring.
“As Realtors, it is our job to contribute to the well-being of the local community,” said Lori Lettieri, RealSource Community Service Committee Co-Chair. “I’m proud to be part of an organization that can help us achieve that goal.”
