Want a hearty and satisfying salad you can throw together in no time?  I've been enjoying quinoa and lentils all summer long and of course anything tastes amazing with a bit of high quality feta cheese.  As you probably already know, quinoa is a very versatile seed loaded with vitamins, minerals and anti-inflammatory properties. Once you get comfortable making it, you have a great base for so many easy healthy recipes.  Lentils are such tasty easy legumes to add to salads or any healthy plate and equally as rich in health benefits.   Enjoy together and you have the perfect food combo to boost energy, balance blood sugar, heal your gut and satisfy the foodie in you!
