(Hackensack)The Englewood Public Library will host Nutrition and Child Development expert Karen Ranzi for a program on eating healthy with raw foods onTuesday, January 13 from 7:15 – 8:45.
Ranzi has been a leading expert in the field of nutrition and child development for more than 2 decades. Ranzi is the author of the award winning book Creating Healthy Children. In the simpliest of terms a raw food diet includes eating fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds.The free program will be a good introduction for anyone interested in learning more about how a plant based diet could mean optimal health for themselves and their family. The program will include a demo and tasting of one of Ranzi’s favorite smoothies.
