Warm a Heart Donation Drive & Speed Dating Event

Warm your heart with some four legged love
I used to look forward to snowstorms, colder days where we could wrap up under the covers or sit by the fire and watch the snow fall.  Now, I dread the winter.  I cringe with every report of snow coming and frigid temperatures.  I worry about cats and dogs alone outdoors left to fend for themselves.  Will they freeze to death?  Will their shelter get plowed in?  Do they even have shelter?  When I can’t stand outside for 2 minutes without it being unbearable, how do they survive?  The howling winds send pains of guilt straight into my heart for being safe and warm when so many don’t have that luxury.
