Chef Cho of Inle Lake Restaurant in Cliffside Park, introduced several items from her extensive menu at a demonstration at Bloomingdale's Karina's Cuchina.  Owner of the small restaurant at 633 Anderson Avenue, her menu belies the small front exterior. Centering around Inle Lake in the Shan Province of Burma, Chef Cho has devised a large selection of her Asian fusion. At Bloomingdale's, she offered three items involving tomatoes. They included a Burmese tea leaf salad, Egg curry and Shan noodle. All was eagerly accepted  and acclaimed by the watching group.

José comes to Valley from Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as the Vice President of Human Resources since 2007.  Mr. Balderrama, a resident of Edgewater, has more than 20 years of international experience in leadership and management positions in the HR arena.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Personnel and Human Resource Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
